Your data will be stored only for as long as necessary to achieve the specific purpose or until the expiry of any statutory retention periods. No link is created between your details and the automatically collected data.
Your information will not be shared with any third parties and will be stored securely by Typharm. You have the right to access or update this information at any time by contacting us at email@example.com. Your information may be used by Typharm to provide you with email communications which may include promotional material, only if you have consented to this. You can unsubscribe to this service at any time by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In accordance with the Pharmaceuticals’ Advertising Act access to certain areas of the Typharm website (“protected area”) are reserved for medical professionals.
Data is only transferred to third parties if you hereby expressly agree to its transfer, if Typharm is required to do so by law or enforceable administrative or court order or if the transfer is required for legal or criminal proceedings in case of attacks on the Internet infrastructure of Typharm.
Typharm reserves the right to employ service providers when collecting, processing or using data (for example, Typharm can commission a service provider to send you solicited information; in order to do this the mailing company must know your name, address and the specifically requested material).
Some of the Web pages of the Typharm website use so-called “Cookies”. Cookies are small files that are stored on the user’s computer when visiting a Web page. Cookies can store various types of data and help to provide additional functions (and thus make the website as a whole more user-friendly, more effective and safer). If cookies are used these do not contain any personal data unless you have provided your express consent (for example, in order to facilitate new access to a password-protected online environment, as the data stored in the cookie avoids you having to re-enter the user ID and password).
Typharm also uses so-called “session cookies” that are automatically deleted when you log out of the Site.
If you send an e-mail to Typharm via our website, this data will not be encrypted.
